Commonwealth Health Corp. announced last week that Melonie Ard of Franklin will receive the Helen Dinning Scholarship for the 2010-11 school year.
The Helen Dinning Scholarship was established by CHC, the parent company of The Medical Center at Franklin, to honor Dinning’s support of the Franklin hospital.
Recipients of the scholarship must be a graduate of Franklin-Simpson High School and a full-time student enrolled at Western Kentucky University in a health care-related field.
